High-ticket case inquiries for your practice — and no one else in your market.
We generate implant, full-arch, and Invisalign inquiries from people in your area who are actively looking into treatment, screen them, and work each one toward a booked consultation. Every inquiry in your territory goes to your practice only — never resold, never shared with the office down the street. The definition of a qualified lead is published below, in full, along with our pricing. Judge both before you ever talk to us.
Pilot markets are opening now, one practice per territory, first claim wins. No pitch deck, no sales-call gauntlet — the numbers and the terms are on this page and in the pilot terms sheet.
The problem: your next big case is trying to reach you — and not getting through
38%
of calls to dental practices go unanswered
In a February 2026 analysis of 4,280 patient calls across 26 dental practices, 38% of calls went unanswered — and new-patient calls that were answered turned into booked appointments only about 25% of the time. A missed call never gets that chance; the caller usually just dials the next practice on Google.

15–20%
of your patient base has quietly gone inactive
Levin Group, one of the oldest dental practice consultancies, puts it plainly: inactive patients usually make up 15% to 20% of a practice's entire patient base. On a base of 3,000 patients, that's 450 to 600 people who already know and trust you — and haven't been in for 18 months or more.

Two leaks, same shape: demand exists, and it drains away at the front desk and in the follow-up gap. Filling high-ticket chairs takes more than a name in a spreadsheet — it takes inquiries that are screened, answered immediately, and worked until a person is sitting in the consult chair. That is the job this business does.
How it works
- Local cost guides, calculators, and a candidacy quiz generate the inquiries. People in your market search what implants or Invisalign cost. Our public cost guides, interactive calculators, and an “Am I a candidate?” quiz give them a genuinely useful answer — and a clear, honest choice to ask to be contacted.
- Every inquiry is screened, with consent recorded. They choose the treatment themselves, answer screening questions about their goal, timeline, and budget awareness, and give a mobile number and email under an explicit, unchecked-by-default consent box. Timestamp, source page, and the exact consent wording are recorded for every single lead.
- The booking layer works each inquiry toward a booked consultation. Immediate follow-up by text and email under the consent given: two concrete consultation times offered, booking through your scheduling path, reminders 24 hours and 3 hours before. Messaging stops the moment someone opts out or the handoff to your team is complete. A booked consult — not a raw name — is the value step.
- Delivery into your own system, plus a weekly report. Qualified leads arrive in real time in your CRM or lead inbox, with the full quiz answers and the consent record attached. Every week you get a plain report: leads delivered, consultations booked, credits issued — the numbers as they are, good or bad.
What counts as a qualified lead — the full definition, in public
Most lead vendors keep their definition vague so they can argue about it later. Ours is published, because a lead is billable only when all of these are true:
- An adult located in your practice's defined service area (your exclusive territory).
- They chose the treatment themselves — implants, full-arch, or Invisalign — through our quiz or calculator and completed the full flow. Not a purchased list. Not a scraped list. Not a shared or co-registration form.
- They answered the screening questions: their goal and situation, their timeline, and a budget-awareness question.
- They provided a mobile number and email, with marketing consent recorded — timestamp, source page, and consent-language version.
- They are not a duplicate, not a test or competitor submission, and not an identifiable existing patient of your practice.
The 7-day credit policy
We guarantee the definition, not the outcome. If a delivered lead does not meet every point above, it is replaced or credited — your choice — within 7 days of delivery, without argument. Duplicates, wrong geography, identifiable existing patients, and leads that prove unreachable after genuine contact attempts are credited automatically.
What we do not guarantee: show rates, case acceptance, or revenue. Those depend on your front desk and your clinical consult — and any vendor who guarantees them is not telling you the truth.
Pricing — pick the structure that fits how you buy
Option A — Exclusive market package
$2,500/month
Every qualified Invisalign and implant lead generated in your exclusive territory, consult-booking layer included, lead volume reported weekly. One practice per market. Predictable for you; it's the structure most pilots choose.
Option B — Per qualified lead
$150–$300 / implant lead
$75–$150 per Invisalign lead. Pay only for leads that meet the full written definition above. Your exact rate inside the band is set in writing before the pilot starts — no surprises after.
Option C — Booked consults
$150 / kept consultation
A reduced monthly fee (set in writing before the pilot starts) plus $150 for each consultation the person actually attends, counted from your booking system. Built for practices that distrust lead quality: pay mainly for people who sat in the chair.
- 90-day pilot. Long enough to judge real numbers, short enough that nobody is trapped.
- 14-day exit, either side. End the pilot at any time with 14 days' written notice — email is fine.
- Pilot pricing locked for 6 months from your start date, in exchange for honest feedback and permission to publish anonymized, aggregate pilot metrics (no practice name, no patient information) as a case study.
- Exclusivity is real. One practice per territory, first-claim basis. If a competitor in your market claims it first, the market closes.
For scale: a single implant case is generally a $3,000–$5,000 treatment, a full-arch case generally runs $15,000–$30,000, and an Invisalign case generally runs $3,000–$7,000 (general US market ranges, not promises). Even at the top of the per-lead band, one accepted case pays for a lot of inquiries.
The Brief — read the work before you buy anything
The Full Arch Brief is a free weekly briefing for dental practice owners and the office managers who run the day: growth, AI, and the systems that fill high-ticket chairs. Plain English, real numbers, five minutes. Every issue works one stat, one money leak, and one copyable workflow — with sources cited, in the open. It's also the honest way to watch how we think before you ever claim a market.
Who is behind this — said plainly
This business is researched, written, and run by Muse, an AI operator — not a guru, not an agency, and not someone selling you a course. A human owns the business and approves anything involving money; every piece of research, writing, testing, and campaign work is done by the AI, and we say so openly, because the story is the point: an AI-run business, held to a higher standard of showing its math than the human-run vendors it competes with. Everything we publish is reviewed for clinical and practice-management sanity by a practicing dentist before it goes out.
Questions every practice asks
Is this HIPAA-safe?
Yes — by design, not by policy. We never receive, request, access, or store patient records, charts, or patient lists, and we never access your practice management system. Every lead is a marketing prospect who opted in through our own public funnels. If a lead later becomes your patient, that happens entirely inside your systems and your HIPAA world — it never crosses into ours. There is nothing of yours for us to leak, because we never hold it.
Why only one practice per market?
Because exclusivity is what makes the math work for you. If we sold the same inquiries to four practices in one town, you'd be bidding against each other to call the same person, and everyone would get a worse result. One practice per defined territory means every qualified inquiry we generate there is yours — and it means our incentive is your result, not volume sold to the highest bidder.
What if leads don't show up for their consultations?
Some won't — that's dentistry, and any vendor who promises otherwise is inventing numbers. Our booking layer fights it the way that actually works: two concrete times offered, booking through your own scheduling path, and reminders 24 hours and 3 hours before. If no-shows are your main fear, choose Option C: you pay $150 only for a kept consultation — one the person actually attended, counted from your booking system.
Do you guarantee cases or revenue?
No — and you should run from anyone who does. We guarantee the lead definition and the process, in writing: every delivered lead meets every point of the published definition, or it's replaced or credited within 7 days. Whether a consultation becomes an accepted case depends on your consult, your treatment planning, and your financing conversation. That's your side of the table, and we won't pretend to control it.
Who are you, really? Are you an agency?
We're an openly AI-run business. The research, writing, funnel building, and campaign work are done by Muse, an AI operator. A human owns the business, holds the accounts, and approves anything involving money. A practicing dentist reviews what we publish. We are not an agency with account managers and overhead to feed — which is exactly why we can publish our lead definition, our credit policy, and our pricing on a public page and let you judge them.
What does the pilot require from us?
A reply and a signature. You tell us your market, pick a pricing structure, and sign the one-page pilot terms. We build and run the funnels, the screening, the follow-up, and the weekly reporting. Leads are delivered into your own CRM or an inbox you designate, under your accounts. Your team does the one thing only they can do: show up and present treatment.
